By using Go-Green.com's Web site (owned and operated by Go-Green.com, LLC) , related data, products search or related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms of use.  IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE. 

Through the Web site, we provide a variety of information and services.  You may use the Web site solely for your own internal residential or business purposes and pursuant to these Terms of Use; you may not use the Web site for the purpose of competing with Go-Green. You may view and download material displayed on the Web site, provided you retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices displayed on the materials. Use of these materials in publications, other web sites or presentations is prohibited without Go-Green’s written consent. 

Go-Green provides information on products and services solely for information purposes.  The appearance of any such information is not an endorsement by Go-Green, and Go-Green does not support, warranty or guarantee any service or product listed on its web site. 

The Web site will enable you to access outside services and produces provided by third-party web operators either by direct link or by advertising. Go-Green does not endorse, and takes no responsibility for their products, services, and Web sites. Please be aware that these other sites may have privacy policies that differ from Go-Green’s. Go-Green is in no way responsible for either the content that appears on linked sites, or your privacy once you have linked to other sites.  

Personal Use. You agree to use the Services for your personal use, using our "For Home" section. Your commercial use is limited to transactions done on your company's behalf using our "For Business" section.  If you agree, you may be contacted by advertisers or suppliers of services or products.  

Promotions.  Go-Green may from time to time offer promotions, surveys, contests or sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotions”) to its residential or business customers. All such Promotions will be accompanied and governed by rules established by Go-Green. For further information about such Promotions, please consult the applicable rules posted with or linked to such Promotions. 

While using the Web site or any Service, you may not: 

a. Retransmit, republish, distribute, reuse, resell, repost, re-engineer or make multiple copies of the Web site or any portion thereof without Go-Green’s prior written consent. 

b. Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute through the Web site any material that infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade dress, trade secret or other proprietary rights, or which violates any contractual, fiduciary, or judicially imposed nondisclosure obligations. 

c. Engage in conduct, during use of the Web site, which is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous or invasive of the privacy or publicity rights of others. 

d. Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute through the Web site any material that contains advertising solicitations, bulk unsolicited e-mails or spam, chain letters, pyramid opportunities or offers for the sale of goods or services. Go-Green reserves the right to delete any Forum posts that are placed for the intent of solicitation or advertising.   

e. Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute through the Web site, or place any links on the Web site to, any material that is vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable. 

f. Alter, interfere or disrupt the content or functioning of the Web site or the Service, including but not limited to uploading, posting or transmitting any material that (i) contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that damage, interfere with, capture, intercept or expropriate the Web site or any data contained therein; or (ii) disproportionately burdens the operation of the Web site. 

g. Use the Web site to gain unauthorized entry or access to other computer systems or networks. 

h. “Mirror” the Web site or any of its content on any other server without the express prior written permission of Go-Green. 

i. Impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, forge headers, or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content you post or otherwise transmit to us or via the Web site. 

j. Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute through the Web site any material encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law, regulation or government order.
