Go-Green.com is wholly owned by Preferred Energy Services, Inc. (PES).   PES was established in 1988 and provides utility account auditing, service option strategies, and contract negotiation for varied commercial and industrial clients. PES clients, many of who are Fortune 1000, range from high-tech, industrial, and retail to government, including  the states of Texas and California.  PES was founded by Rick Kohl.  Rick's experience in the energy field include being an Energy Engineer for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Energy Manager for the City of Springfield, MA and as a solar consultant for active systems and passive design.  PES' web site is www.prefenergy.com 

Between 1997 and 2000, PES sold renewable power in California under the name Go-Green.  It amassed more then 3,000 residential customers and procured 100% renewable power.  During that period, Go-Green received many accolades from environmental organizations including Ralph Nader's Public Citizen.

We have made every attempt to provide unbiased information without preaching.  Unfortunatley, the facts speak for themselves, and they're often not pleasant.  No one likes to be the bearer of bad news, but the need to change our present course has never been greater.  While most of us are well fed, well housed, able to travel freely and enjoy the pleasures the planet has to offer,  we live in times that may present unprecendented change to our quality of life.  For those less fortunate, the consequences may be far more dire.  

Many believe that technology will provide the solutions that we need and that governments will have the wisdom and conviction to implement those solutions.  We hope that theyre right.
